Queso Loaded Dippers

Bacon avocado dippers with queso and crema

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Potato Dippers® (S0018)
  • 2 oz. crema
  • 2 oz. guacamole
  • 3 oz. bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 oz. queso, prepared

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes to manufacturer’s directions
  2. Plate and top with warm queso
  3. Drizzle with crema, garnish with guacamole and bacon

Pulled Pork and white BBQ tater puffs

Tater Puffs® topped with white BBQ pulled pork, winter slaw, and white cheddar

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Lamb Weston® Tater Puffs® (H30)
  • 4 oz. pulled pork
  • 2 oz. White BBQ sauce (see recipe)
  • 1 radicchio
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tbsp. stone ground mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oz. white cheddar

White BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup stone ground mustard
  • ¼ cup horseradish
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Finely shred radicchio and julienne apple.
  • Toss together radicchio and apple with mustard and lemon juice – season to taste.
  • Cook puffs to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Melt cheddar over cooked puffs, top with pulled pork, winter slaw, and white BBQ sauce.

Loaded cheeseburger fries with toasted sesame

Classic cheeseburger flavors on a loaded fry

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Lamb Weston® Colossal Crisp (C0057)

Cheeseburger:

  • ½ cup mozzarella and cheddar (mixture)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • ½ cup diced onion, sautéed
  • 1 ½ cup ground beef
  • 2 tsp. ketchup
  • ½ tsp. mustard

Garnish with reserved ¼ cup cooked ground beef, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.

Directions

Cook fries to manufacturer’s directions.

Cheeseburger:

  • Heat the cheeses and Velveeta together to fully melt.
  • Cook the ground beef, drain (reserve about ¼ cup), and add to the melted cheese.
  • In the same pan used to cook the ground beef, sauté the onions to soften them; add to cheese mixture.
  • Add in the ketchup and mustard, mix well.

Top fries with cheeseburger mixture

Smoky Carne Asada Fries

Take Mexican topped & Loaded fries up a notch with carne asada!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Stealth®  Fries 5/16“ Thin Regular Cut Skin-On  (Item S12)
  • 2 oz. sliced carne asada
  • 2 oz. roasted corn
  • 2 oz. sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 oz. cotija cheese crumbles
  • 1 lime sliced into quarters
  • 1 lime for zesting
  • ½ oz. chopped cilantro
  • 3 oz. sour cream with lime zest

Directions

  • Prepare the Stealth®  5/16”  Thin Regular Cut Skin-On Fries to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Heat up carne asada.
  • Roast corn in skillet.
  • Plate fries with carne asada.
  • Add roasted corn and sliced tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with cotija cheese.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
  • Add side of sour cream.
