On Memorial Day weekend I went to the Roundabout Diner and ordered one of their specials for the day; red, white, and blue French toast. This was topped with strawberries, blueberries, and white chocolate, and it was heavenly! I usually don’t order French toast for breakfast, but the theme sucked me right in. And it got be pondering the red, white, and blue theme more for 4th of July.
