The Puritan history has a very deep and storied tradition. From its opening in 1917, the hard work and caring of the Pappas and Canotas families have lent a tremendous amount of pride to the Puritan name. “Chicken tenders” actually originated at the Puritan and to this day are still the most requested dish on the menu! As well, the boneless breast of chicken with our famous special sauce (a creation of Charlie Pappas) is still the most asked about recipe on the menu.

Here at the Sunrise Grill, we have been serving the seacoast breakfast and lunch since 1992. Fast, friendly and affordable. Founded in Portsmouth, N.H. In 1990, the grill was relocated to Kittery ME. in 1992 by one of the original founders and has been continually operated under the same ownership since that move.

When Luis Valdez came to the East Coast from San Diego, he fell in love with the seacoast. What he missed most was authentic, fresh Mexican food. He decided to fill a huge void in the area by bringing the recipes of his family. Along with his wife, Ramona they opened the doors in October of 2004.
Loco Coco’s Tacos started as a small one room walk up counter. Even as it has grown to a full service Cantina and dining room, Locos has never lost its passion for fresh, authentic flavors.

About Me and Ollie's Bakery & Cafe
Me and Ollie’s first loaf of bread came out of the oven in June of 1998. The bakery was in the old button factory on Islington Street in Portsmouth. We are now located downtown Exeter, NH.
They’re a family owned business named after our three sons Max, Eli and Ollie. They hope you enjoy their bread as much as they enjoy baking it and serving it up to you!
It all starts with their wheat, the foundation of their baked goods. The certified organic hard red wheat berries are grown for them in northern Montana. They mill their own flour in their Portsmouth bakery insuring the best tasting, most nutritious bread available. They then deliver the fresh bread to their Exeter cafe daily.
After all, it’s the bread that makes the sandwich! With their scratch made breads, house made spreads and select meats, cheeses, and veggies they craft their yummy sandwiches. They bake cookies, muffins, scones from scratch, with ingredients you’d have in your own kitchen. Fresh salads are made to order and are served with a slice of their bread. They serve soup when the weather gets cold, with a slice of their bread to dunk.

I really like personal care that we get through our Sales Representative Mike Simmons. He treats us like we are his only account, although I know he is very busy taking care of others.
